Yorozu Uranaidokoro Onmyoya e Yokoso

Based on the Yorozu Uranaidokoro serial novel, the drama takes place in the shopping district of Oji, a town in the Kita-ward, Tokyo. Abeno Shomei is a good-looking man who used to work as a Host. One day, he rents a shop and hangs up a sign that says “Onmyoya”. With zero psychic power and a lackadaisical attitude, he refuses to work if there is no profit to be made. Even though he actually couldn’t care less about getting to the truth, somehow he is still able to unerringly resolve his customers’ problems. How does he do it?

I have blow off steam. If they are going to sub finish it! Don’t quit midstream. Also the other subber finished but you have to jump thru hoops and ask for an invite and if they approve you ok, if not too bad. Sheesh!

I’m in total agreement about subtitles being abandoned, this includes ~ 49 – Cheer Up Mr Kim – Tokyo Toybox to name just a few. Why you ask start something you can’t finish?. There’s no easy answer.

In some cases they’re abandoned due to family, university or work commitments or if the subbing group can’t work together in sync with each other. Some are abandoned through lack of interest and sheer boredom.

Some subtitles before we get them have to have Japanese/Chinese subtitles before before being translated into English.

Subbing is a time consuming thankless task at times, the majority are done by enthusiastic fansubbers or by Dramafever or Viki.
Drama-addicts for example, some cases you need to have 100 posts before being invited to certain sub forum groups [Neko Zamurai] for eg…bad luck if you don’t have the time to do that and and the end result you’re not allowed to share or post subs elsewhere.

Sadly With2 has disappeared also, the ever shrinking subbing groups are a worrying trend and too bad if you don’t have a Live Journal account and are too busy with your life to become a part of the community and get rejected for your efforts.
Survival of the fittest or should I say the the fastest can only succeed.
